I’m going through the kind of art block where I draw a lot but I hate everything I end up with, even if I was totally into it as I was working on it :/. Le sigh.
This is a sketch I gave up on a while ago but I kept flipping past it in my sketchbook and realized I still kind of liked it, even unfinished, so I slapped some color on it and here it is, warts and all. Meg and Hercules are probably my favorite Disney couple <3

Second, some explanation for this image: it’s Aurora and I basically went vaguely Medieval with this and then just made stuff up. That’s the train of her dress being pulled around to the front and…yup. Dat’s all (^_~)

This dress is based on the rough sketches included in the deleted fantasy sequence for “Someday My Prince Will Come” (which is on the 2-disc edition DVD). I wish they had been able to animate that scene (without the stars with butts, however hilarious I may find them :P). Anywho, the upshot is that I was enchanted with her outfit and wanted to draw it as a wedding dress, so here it is :)
I hope to go back later to add a background. And to do Aurora since we never see her wedding and ‘cuz I just like drawin’ pretty ladies in pretty dresses, kay.
